That is foremost. Our team is there for you before, during, and after your procedure to put your mind at ease, answer your questions, and always provide a friendly voice at the other end of the phone.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our friendly and professional staff. All injectables (Botox® and fillers), all laser procedures, and all non-surgical procedures are performed for you solely by our physician, Dr. Dreyfuss. We feel you deserve the best care directly from a well-trained, board-certified physician.
Our front desk receptionists, Lucy, Nancy, and Chrissy, are very knowledgeable in cosmetic surgery, as well as skin care and other non-surgical procedures. They will skillfully guide you through the administrative paperwork and make sure you are well-oriented to the practice.
Our patient coordinator, Karen will be with you throughout the process. Your consultation will be done directly between you and your doctor, but Karen will be there to help answer any non-surgical questions and work with your scheduling needs. She is extremely well-versed in all aspects of cosmetic surgery, and you will be very pleased with her pleasant guiding manner.
Our surgical facility is conveniently located in Orland Park, Illinois and is accredited by the American Association of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAASF) and JCAHO.
